Garment Care
* Do not soak, saturate or rinse off leather. If cleaning of leather is needed, wipe down the leather with a damp cloth.
* To clean your show clothing please spot wash the material by hand with mild detergent only areas needed. I have personally had good luck with hand soap for spot washing, but any mild detergent works great. Hang to dry.
* Do not dry-clean any items with crystals.
* To reattach your crystals {for both fabric, ultrasuede and leather} use "gem-tac" which can be purchased at your local Michael's or most other craft stores. Apply a tiny dot on area to be glued, set crystal on top of dot and ever so lightly press down. Please do not force the crystal on the glue or you will encounter too much seeping, oozing and an unclean look. A slight white rim around the crystal is acceptable as Gem-tac dries clear.
* Do not store your apparel in hot weather for long periods of time
* Keep pants on a hanger, folded in half over the hanger so the front and back center creases can remain "creased". This allows for easier care once taken off the hanger and less ironing to be needed.
* Please do not machine wash any jacket with glitter

RETURNS, ALTERATIONS & LEAD TIME
* Ready made apparel Returns - All items are sold as is, no returns. All show apparel are sold and described as what I feel each individual item will be best suited for. I will not accept returns due to an item not fitting or because you don't feel it will suit your show discipline. All measurements are listed and description of the fabric as well. I describe each item to the best of my ability. Please email me if you have any questions.
* Custom Apparel Returns - Since custom apparel will be made to your measurements, I will do alterations at no cost but will not accept returns. I will not give refunds on ready made apparel if it does not fit due to bad measurements. Jackets with stretch will be made to your measurements and jackets with no stretch will be made slightly bigger for room and movement. If I am sketching a brand new design for your jacket I ALWAYS email it to you for approval. All designs that I sketch and email you are property of Tandy Jo Larsen "Tandy Jo Show Apparel" and are not to be used with another designer.
* Custom apparel turn around time - The turn around time on my apparel range from 2-6 weeks depending on how much detailing your outfit has and how many other custom are in front of yours. All outfits are made on a first come first serve basis. I work Monday-Friday and weekends when I am not showing. I try my best to start and finish your outfit as soon as possible so there is plenty of time left before your show if any alterations are needed. Now and than a family emergency or other circumstance will delay the process some, but that's a rare occasion.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
* Ready Made Payments - I accept Paypal, Check and Money Orders for items sold outside of embay. Due to Ebay's new policy I can only accept Paypal for items sold on Ebay. When pricing jackets, I allow $40 for fabric. If your jacket requires a more pricey fabric such as beaded lace, silk or lambskin, your jacket price will reflect these fabrics. If you are ordering a rail shirt that will use a print and the print you choose is in an ebay auction, any amount that exceeds the $40 allotted amount will be added to your ending balance.
* Custom Apparel Payments/Deposits - I accept Paypal, Check and Money Orders for Deposits and payments on custom apparel. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit on custom apparel and the balance due upon completion of your item. I will NOT ship your outfit to you until it has been payed for in full.

* Shipping - I ship via USPS Priority mail only whether it is being shipped within the US, Canada or Across the globe.
US 2-3 day Priority Shipping - $9.85 for one item. $12.50 for more than one item.
Canada 6-10 Day Priority Shipping - $22.00 for one item. $27.00 for more than one item.
Worldwide 6-10 day priority Shipping - $27.00 for one item. $32 for more than one item.
If you are needing a saddle blanket shipped with your order, please email me for a quote as this requires a custom priced shipping quote.
MEASUREMENTS
* Measurements - All measurements on ready made apparel are listed. Custom apparel will be made to your specific measurements. I have 2 measurement charts, one for jackets and one for pants, and I will need every measurement stated in order to provide the absolutely best fit. Please use the measurement chart{s} on my website when providing me with your measurements. Again, I am only human so sometimes alterations are needed and are gladly done at no charge. I am not responsible for an item not fitting due to improper measurements. Measure every measurement at least twice to insure accuracy. My measurement chart is as detailed as possible, so email me with any questions.
