Order Process


All designs are made to fit. After purchase, please fill out the measurement form found on the website. Please know all pre-designed pieces listed on the website for ordering are made as shown and made to reflect the concept image as closely as possible. Please allow for minor adjustments to design layout, as final size may effect it slightly. All jackets can be made to fit small fry, plus size and everywhere in between.


Measurements must be received within 12 months of purchase or all funds associated with the order placed are forfieted. I no longer postpone orders beyond 12 months due to lack of submitted measurements. The sooner measurements are submitted, the sooner the item will be made in correspondence to the time frame at time of purchase.  All items are made in order of purchase received so long as measurements are received by the time the outfit is to be made. If measurements are not received by the time it is to be made, outfits then listed in line to be made next will be made until measurements for your order are received. I will email prior to making your order if I do not have measurements, as a reminder...I know life can get busy!

Completion dates are no longer guaranteed, but rather i now post an approximate time frame. This is because I work alone and sometimes sickness, family emergencies or other unfortunate circumstances happen, which will delay the completion process slightly. I am also a full time homeschool mom of two. If you need your item for a specific show, please order well in advance. Completion time frames will vary based on time of year and how many orders are placed and on the books to be made.

IF YOU NEED TO MATCH YOUR PAD OR EXISTING WARDROBE PIECE, PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASE THEN MAIL IN  MATCHING PAINT CARD SWATCHES. This will allow me to refine the color matching in person. Please do not order a piece because of the design, but send in completely different colors for refined matching. If you need different colors, please send a design/color request.




If you are not seeing your colors, please email with your color combination/style request to discuss options.  All orders now require payment in full at time of order.


We use a mix of swarovski, preciosa and high end glass crystals to bring your embellished jacket to life. If you're looking for past work examples, please take a few moments to browse the website.

Refunds are no longer given on orders. No exceptions. If you need to postpone your order due to an unfortunate life circumstance, please contact me. I do my best to work with my clients.

If you need to change your colors post-order please contact as soon as you can. As soon as orders are placed, all materials are ordered if they are not already on hand.

Downgrades and partial refunds are not accepted. If an item is ordered to be made as a fully embellished piece, it will be made accordingly. It may not be downgraded to a DIY with the difference refunded. 

If you ordered a DIY piece and wish to upgrade to a fully embellished piece, a separate invoice will be sent for the difference and your item will not be made until the invoice is paid in full.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS (any and all pieces that are made to fit) have a fit guarantee so long as measurements submitted are accurate. I cannot make a piece fit properly if I do not have correct numbers to work with. You have 60 days from time of delivery of your order to request alterations. I will require photos of the garment on (front, back and side) to better visualize the necessary adjustments.

Alteration requests outside of the 60 day time frame, and requests on Ready To Ship pieces are charged at $22/hr with a $22 minimum charge which will be invoiced and require payment in full prior to returning the item back.

A one time free alteration is offered prior to shipping all ready-to-ship pieces.
